Kristin Fisher will join CNN in 2021 when she joined CNN. The reporter will serve as the Space and Defense Correspondent. In her role as Space and Defence Correspondent for CNN, she is responsible covering everything from NASA and its recently created Space Force up until commercial space firms, as well as the advent and growth in space travel. Kristin was mother of NASA astronauts, and also an enthusiastic space lover has spent her entire childhood within the space industry. She spent five years in the position of White House correspondent for FOX News covering space policy under the Biden and Trump administrations. In this time, she covered the 2020 presidential campaign, two impeachment trial as well as two initiatives to end the spread of coronavirus as well as two different administrations' efforts. Her extensive travels with the President and Vice-President included an exclusive trip to Afghanistan that she made with Donald Trump. Before joining the network in 2015, Kristin spent nearly a decade advancing through local TV news markets in Grand Junction, Colorado; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Washington, D.C. where she won the Emmy Award as a one-man-band reporter for the Washington, D.C.'s CBS affiliate.
